To begin searching the IDG List Services website, enter your keywords in the search box. Methods of refining your search are explained below.

Refine your search by using one or both of the following methods:

WILDCARDS ( ?, * and [ ] ):

? = used to specify any single character. (ie: windows 9? could be used to identify: windows 95, windows 97, or windows 98)

* = used to identify zero or more characters. (ie: IS* manager could be used to identify: IS manager, IS/MIS manager or IS/IT/MIS manager)

[ ] = used to specify any character within the set. (ie: [LW]AN could be used to identify: LAN or WAN).

BOOLEAN OPERATORS ( AND, OR ):

AND = used when all listed criteria variables must be met. (ie: education AND os/400 would identify instances where both education and os/400 are present in the same document)

OR = used when any of the listed criteria variables must be met. (ie: education OR os/400 would identify instances where either education or os/400 are present in the same document).
